Information for citizens entitled to benefits
In accordance with art. 42 of the Law of Ukraine "On State Budget of Ukraine for 2008", benefits for services for export, recycling / disposal of solid waste and bulky waste are provided in the following categories of citizens:
*war veterans;
*persons covered by the Act of Ukraine "Про статус ветеранів війни, гарантії їх соціального захисту";
*persons with personal services to the Motherland;
*widow (er) and parents of the deceased (dead) persons who have personal services to the Motherland;
*People with personal labor services to the Motherland;
*widow (er) and parents of the deceased (dead) persons having personal labor services to the Motherland;
*victims of Nazi persecution;
*veterans of military service;
*veterans of the Interior;
*veterans of the state fire protection;
*veterans of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine;
*widow (er) dead (dead), veterans of military service, veterans of the Interior, the state fire service veterans and veterans of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine;
*dismissed from service by age, illness or superannuation military Security Service, police officers, those official grandeur of the tax police, private and official grandeur of the criminal-executive system, the state fire protection;
*retired from the number of investigators prosecutors;
*children (up to the age of majority) of police officers, those official grandeur of the tax police, private and official grandeur of the criminal-executive system, state fire officials, killed, or died in connection with the performance of official duties;
*disabled family members who stayed on their content;

arged from military service persons who become disabled during prohodzheniya military service members and their families who reside with their content;
*parents and family members of soldiers who died (died) or are missing during the military service, parents and families of ordinary and official grandeur of the bodies and units of Civil Protection, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, who died (died) are missing or have become disabled for service;
*Rehabilitate citizens who have become disabled as a result of reprisals or are pensioners;
*citizens who suffered as a result of Chornobyl catastrophe;
*wives (husbands) and guardians (for the period of guardianship) of children of deceased citizens whose death is linked to the Chornobyl catastrophe;
*children of war.
