The incinerating plant
(Industrial complex number 1) Company "Ecology of Ukraine" Ltd. is one of the 2-incineration plants in Ukraine.
Incineration plant Located in the right-bank part of the city of Dnipropetrovsk. Incinerator built on the project, developed by the Institute UkrkommunNIIproekt (Kharkiv). Put into operation in 1992.
The main activity of the plant is thermal management of solid waste. The plant is equipped with 3 incineration boilers in Czechoslovakia CKD "Dukla" capacity to 15 tons per hour. The design capacity of the plant - 200 000 tonnes of waste incineration in the year.
Driven up garbage trucks pass through truck weighing-machine and immediately sent to the reception areas of TBT on unloading. Receiving hopper is serviced by two bridge grab cranes to 10 tons. With the seizure of the jaw type - grabs garbage mixed and are removed large objects. Then enter the waste incineration furnace boiler. On a mobile lattice begins the process of drying with hot air and waste flow of heat from the furnace. Going further, the waste ignites and burns intensely. Rotating rolls under the grate help intensive mixing waste and simultaneously move them from one temperature zone to another, including the zone of maximum temperatures (950-1000с). At the end of the combustion chamber and burns the remnants of waste slag is cooled, which is then discharged into the device discharge. Also at the entrance to the waste-heat boiler, in the so-called post-combustion zone, the flow intensively mixed with air, resulting burning toxic carbon monoxide. The combustion of waste is regulated and controlled from the central control console.
Incineration plant consists of the following production units:
* Thermal power plant (boiler area; plot HVO; Crane area; area of water supply and sanitation);
* Office of the chief engineer (part of mechanical equipment, boiler equipment and land area metallootdeleniya);
* Office of chief power (area of electrical and gas cleaning section);
* Department of Instrumentation and automation;
Advantages of incineration plant "Ecology of Ukraine" Ltd.:
* The plant burns trash around the clock, rather than leave him to rot in the open air, that pollute the land and surrounding waters, which have not recover any state and municipal "environmental program";
* Burning garbage, the plant produces thermal energy, which is the real source of alternative heating. If you have a stable supply of TPV plant can produce thermal energy and use it not only for their own needs, but also for the implementation of the inhabitants of Dnipropetrovsk.
Landfill facility
Landfill, located on the left bank of the Dnieper - Industrial complex number 2 Power landfill - 3.0 million m3 of compacted waste, or 12 million m3 of imported waste. Area polygon - 29,41 hectares. Put into operation in 1998. The service life of landfill - 30 years. Designed landfill UAB Institute Dneprokommunproekt "The project foresees the construction and operation of the three queues. Currently operated by 1-st turn, area 7,4 ha. Polygon has approved passport and all permits for its operation.
At the landfill company "Ecology of Ukraine" Ltd. placed waste from homes, public buildings and institutions, trade companies, catering, street, garden-park estimates, construction debris and some types of industrial solid wastes IV class of danger.
Technological process of waste disposal is carried out mapping method that allows a phased manner to enact environmental measures, order not to wait until the end of the lifetime of landfill. Storage Technology Landfill provides waterproof screen to protect groundwater and daily basis the outer insulation to protect the atmosphere, soil, and adjacent areas. All work on warehousing, and insulating SDW run mechanized.
